Lori and Alyssa visited St. Bernard Parish in New Orleans, the only region in America that was 100% affected by a disaster (completely flooded). Hurricane Katrina (August 29, 2005) was everything but a 'natural disaster', and the struggle continues 5 years onward. Hear from the people's stories and experiences.
