This weekâs archive radio show features one of the first Thunderbolts that I ever produced â and in fact this was recorded before I even started calling it the Thunderbolt.
(It was called the Oly Oly Action Alert back then.) (See why I changed it?)
This piece is also very special because it is a 40-minute rant aimed directly at the FBI, and was recorded and aired on the same day directly in response to an armed invasion that our brave Fibbies were conducting in the Olympia area at the time seeking some people who broke some windows up in Seattle.
I kid you not.
This was recorded when I still produced these things by placing my stereo speakers behind my head and when I wanted to emphasize the music I would hold the mic next to the speaker and when I wanted to emphasize the narrative I would hold it in front of my mouth. There is no âeditingâ using this technique and frankly sound quality on the music kind of sucks â but I am airing this piece again anyway because it is in many ways an amazing piece and also so listeners can sense the progression that my show has taken over the years.
Be prepared to learn about the complete lack of respect for the law that exists amongst the federal law enforcement community.
