In NYS Governor Andrew Cuomo has created a deal with Ray Halbritter, Oneida Nation’s representative. Here is an audio interview about NYS Governor turning NYS land into Federal land under the guise of making a settlement deal with the Oneida Indian Nation. This would open up the land for fracking.
