Of the longest lived cultures about 50 % of the food thy eat is raw. His definition of raw includes fermented "living foods." Raw organ meats from fairly young animals who were raised on grass from healthy soils contain regenerative properties similar to embryonic factors. He also covers proper hydration and its relation to breathing, Pottinger, Lourdes water, and making sprouts with mineral rich water.
