Near the top of the show, (unbeknownst to Amy Goodman) Bessie Wash breaks in on the broadcast outrageous claims meant to potray free Pacifica activists as violent. Including, unbelieveably, at attempt to retell the story of the censorship of Major Owens, by claiming that Utrice Leid was trying to "interview a congressman" when she was "attacked in her own studio" (Wash did not say by who)
Obviously , Pacifica theft forces are frightened by the momentum that built from this weeks teach-in. This is an old tactic, everytime the get scared, they claim their lives are threated.
