This is an election year, hence the reason for the clips ending with the British explanation of governmental elections; we are entering the first quarter of the financial year, a time when interest rates will rise slightly, oil prices and amazingly low, currency wars are heating up and the banks want more austerity in the United States â not to mention, China owns $70 billion dollars worth of infrastructure and buildings (sure they do, remember when China was trying to buy several United States ports worth somewhere in the area of half that sum, they own much more of this country than we like to think about).
