Richmonders Involved to Strengthen Our Communities (or RISC) has stood against injustice for twelve years. Speakers at the March 17 RISC rally spoke to 300 members from 17 different congregations about affordable housing and affordable healthcare jobs training in preparation for the Nehemiah Action on April 7 at 7:00 p.m. at Good Shepherd Baptist Church 1128 North 28th Street. And during this weekâs âNews You Can Use,â weâll tell you about the Attorney Generalâs settlement on illegal car title loans.
