Episode 34: The Percee P Birthday Special
Come kick it with on UNSEEN LEGION RADIO! This week we hosted BronxAngeles legend PERCEE P on his birthday. And it was also DJ EARL-E's birthday, so the night was extra special. LAUSD family members THAI STRONG and DALION JAHSON also came thru and kicked it with Prose, YESKI, BIN GRIM and EQ (QUEZ) on hand to round it out. We played a few clips from a 20-year old tape of Earl-E's birthday show on A STATE OF YO, from the college radio days on KRUI with PROSE and the 20 Kliks Crew. DJ MASS KONFUSION gave us the Chuckwatch update and kindly brought the bottles for the birthday toast. It was a good thing, too because DJJD called in and it turned out that he was a recent winner of Radio Sendiddy's Animal Chuck poster giveaway!
It was just that kinda night. Other highlights include an exclusive premiere of a 20-year old song, a call-in from the ULR OG: the one and only DJ LORD RON, and DJ Earl-E's epic shout-outs.
