Dr. William Suk is the Director of the Center for Risk and Integrated Sciences at the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences, one of the National Institutes of Health of the US Department of Health and Human Services. Dr. Suk speaks on the subject of cancer causation imposed by exposure to persistent organic pollutants (POPs). This US federal government scientist states that the general public should be informed by government public health agencies concerning the presence of carcinogenic POPs in all animal fat foods and the likelihood that POPs exposure is a major contributor to cancer causation.
