We also interview Lucho Granados-Ceja of Barrio Nuevo on the popular mobilization at the City Hall's Executive Council meeting to ensure that the City did not back down on its commitment to allow the Caravan of Hope project to secure and purchase old EMS ambulances to send to El Salvador.
