In this show, we revisit the hugely controversial nature of the case against Abdel Baset al-Megrahi. Megrahi was convicted of the 1988 bombing of Pan Am flight 103. Kochler and Miles expose the utter nonsense of the court proceedings and how international blackmail and business interests influenced his release. Kochler brings to light the authoritarian nature of our international legal system (Veto power of the Security council--Russia, China, U.K., U.S., France) that forestalls anything resembling democracy or people's control
