The similarity of the Exxon/Valdez oil spill of March 24, 1989 and the TVA dam collapse on Dec 22, 2008 are plain. The lawsuits would be structured the same, and early advice from Alaska to Tennessee would do immense good.

Riverfront property, fishing and the loss of waterways are only a part of the damages. Medical tracking and getting massive political thugs to pay are at stake.

This call spurred other calls, with great energy.
Thanks CC & KUDO
