Jackson Tennessee is a little west of the Tennessee River, at the other end of the state. The billion gallons of water that busted loose from the TVA dam on Dec 22, 2008 would have arrived prior to the time of this call.

The host, when faced with the warning, mocks the caller, but the rest of the audience shows concern. At the end of the show the host finally chooses to criticize the TVA for charging the rate-payers for the spill, and not having insurance coverage.
Thanks WNWS & George B
Advertisements and topics unrelated to the TVA spill were removed, but the rest is substantially intact. The beginning section is a discussion of local education issues and was left attached in order to create continuity of message.
