Summary: The school trains Latin American military personal in torture techniques. These personal are used to massacre and intimidate those who try to organize for fair wages, and healthcare. These tactics are also used to fight the drug wars and support dictatorships. Graduates are responsible for some of the worst human rights abuses in Latin America
