Georgetown University Professor of law David Cole is one of the nation'™s leading experts on terrorism, security, and civil liberties. He is the author of three award-winning books, the most recent of which is Enemy Aliens: Double Standards and Constitutional Freedoms in the War on Terrorism (2003), which won the American Book Award. This is a recording of a speech he gave at the Lincoln Park campus of DePaul University in Chicago on May 9, 2007.
