Seema Singh, a woman of considerable education, involvement in charitable and political activism, has been the first ever South Asian state cabinet-level member (Public Utility Rate Advocate) in NJ since January 2003 and has changed this position into a powerful Consumer Advocacy which she defines in words like a Voice of the Voiceless mandate.
