Part One - Crown Estate: The Queen Hiding Her 'Embarrassing' Personal Wealth - Roughly £72.5 Billion

Kevin Cahill, journalist and author of ‘Who Owns the World’, joins Tony. Kevin discusses working for The Sunday Times, under Rupert Murdoch, and Andrew Neil when he compiled ‘The Sunday Times Rich List’ and how if the Crown Estate was added to The Queen’s wealth she was top of the list. Rob Evans story about Queen’s wealth hidden. Revealed: Queen lobbied for change in law to hide her private wealth Monarch dispatched private solicitor to secure exemption from transparency law The papers reveal that in November 1973 the Queen feared that a proposed bill to bring transparency to company shareholdings could enable the public to scrutinise her finances. As a result she dispatched her private lawyer to press the government to make changes. Matthew Farrer, then a partner at the prestigious law firm Farrer & Co, visited civil servants at the then Department of Trade and Industry to discuss the proposed transparency measures in the companies bill, which had been drafted by Edward Heath’s government. The bill sought to prevent investors from secretly building up significant stakes in listed companies by acquiring their shares through front companies or nominees. It would therefore include a clause granting directors the right to demand that any nominees owning their company’s shares reveal, when asked, the identities of their clients.

Queen Elizabeth II total £72.5 billion (Forbes), of which The Crown Estate is worth around £13.1 billion (Business Insider), her Art Collection is worth £10 billion (Daily Express) and new Seabed Rights to exploit oil, gas and wind and tidal energy £7 billion (Kevin Cahill). Queen Elizabeth II's overseas territories and crown dependencies are, according to the Tax Justice Network, "by far the most important part of the global offshore system of tax havens and secrecy jurisdictions" as far away as the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Jersey and the Isle of Man. Where the super-rich are hiding at least $21tn from the taxman

The Queen's wealth is mostly in land and property assets for which she claims hundreds of millions of pounds annually in rent and also stops people from using, who could otherwise make a home or a living there. She is also ultimate landowner of Canada, Australia, New Zealand and other Commonwealth countries.

The Sunday Times Rich List and other 'deliberate underestimates', for domestic consumption, reports that Queen Elizabeth is estimated to be personally worth only £350 million after legal threats from The Crown Estate. God and The Crown – Canada owned by The Queen, but the first peoples fight back. VANCOUVER, CANADA, FORMALLY DECLARES CITY IS ON UNCEDED NATIVE AMERICAN TRIBAL TERRITORY Vancouver city council has unanimously voted to acknowledge that the city is on unceded Aboriginal territory. Mayor Gregor Robertson declared a ‘Year of Reconciliation’ last summer, in the hopes of building new relationships between Aboriginals and Vancouverites. “Underlying all other truths spoken during the Year of Reconciliation is the truth that the modern city of Vancouver was founded on the traditional territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tsleil-Waututh First Nations and that these territories were never ceded through treaty, war or surrender,” reads part of the motion from the city. The city says it will now work with representatives from the Aboriginal community to determine “appropriate protocols” for conducting city business.

Rob Evans – One of the richest families in Britain, with the monarch’s property investments exempt from inheritance tax and collections of fine art and jewellery built up over centuries, the Windsors are notoriously guarded about their finances. Members of the Windsor family can have their will sealed from the public, unlike any other family in Britain, ensuring an unmatched level of secrecy around their private wealth. No confirmed figure of the Windsor family’s wealth exists, though estimates have placed it at hundreds of millions of pounds. In 2014, for example, the Queen and the heir to the throne screened the inheritance and trustees’ powers bill. Duchy homes subvert 'right to buy' law. Prince Charles successfully vetted laws that stop his tenants buying their homes. Royals used secretive procedure to approve laws that gave special exemptions to Duchy of Cornwall The royal family has used a secretive procedure to vet three parliamentary acts that have prevented residents on Prince Charles’ estate from buying their own homes for decades, the Guardian can reveal. His £1bn Duchy of Cornwall estate was later given special exemptions in the acts that denied residents the legal right to buy their own homes outright. Under the opaque procedure, the Queen and Prince of Wales were allowed to vet the contents of the bills by government ministers and approve them before they were passed by parliament. The exemptions have left residents living in homes that have diminishing or no financial value. The residents say they cannot borrow against their homes to pay, for example, for social care fees for themselves and loved ones. Jane Giddins outside her home in Newton St Loe, Somerset. She is denied the legal right to buy the freehold because of an exemption granted to Prince Charles. Photograph: Sam Frost/The Guardian Jane Giddins, who lives in one of the prince’s houses in a Somerset village, said a “feudal and anachronistic” system had unfairly favoured Charles, to her family’s detriment. “When we die, our kids will be left with a property that is very difficult to sell,” she said. The exemptions enable the prince to preserve the financial value of his estate and brings in income as the tenants have to pay rent to him each year. The residents say they have been unable to find out why and how the heir to the throne was able to secure preferential treatment from the government.

What working for the Murdoch Empire was like. The Sunday Times with Harry Evans -> as editor. Sir Harold Evans dies aged 92: 'The sort of journalist that in our hearts we would all like to be' Sir Harold Evans was physically a diminutive figure – but through his journalism, books and comments about the trade he had a giant influence over generations of journalists. Many have shared their thoughts about the impact Sir Harry has had on them since his death from heart failure aged 92 was announced this morning. Former Northern Echo editor Peter Barron said: “As editor of The Northern Echo between 1999 & 2016, I’d often find myself looking at his picture on the office wall and wondering: ‘What would you do, Harry?’ 50 years after he left, North-East readers still talked of him in awe. A true inspiration.” Writing for Reuters, award-winning investigative journalist Stephen Grey said: “He was the icon that inspired a generation of young Britons to pick up a pen in anger – inspired by his example that the relentless and carefully crafted exposure of facts could be used to fight injustice.” Reuters editor in chief Stephen Adler said: “Harry Evans was an inspiration, not only as a great journalist but as a great man. He had an insatiable intellect, extraordinary tenacity, high principle, and a generous heart.”

Illegal surveillance by Big Tech – how Kevin took them to court and won compensation. Diplomatic bargaining link between Anne Sacoolas and Julian Assange. Family of Harry Dunn demand the UK refuses to extradite Julian Assange to the US until they hand over CIA agent who killed the British teen in a road accident Harry Dunn's family demanded UK refuse a US extradition request for Assange Claim Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab told them he was ‘reviewing all options’ Dissident Hacker Julian Assange faces 175 years in prison in US if found guilty Anne Sacoolas, 42, fled after crashing into Harry's motorbike outside air base Julian Assange should be used as a pawn in the growing diplomatic row over the death of Harry Dunn, the teenager’s family have told Dominic Raab. The Mail on Sunday can reveal that, in a meeting with the Foreign Secretary last month, the family demanded that Britain refuse a US extradition request for WikiLeaks founder Assange. And they claim Mr Raab told them he was ‘reviewing all options’. Relations between the family and the Government have cooled following this newspaper’s revelation that American fugitive Anne Sacoolas – who fled the country despite accepting responsibility for Harry’s death in a road accident last year – was a CIA agent. Harry Dunn's family demanded that Britain refuse a US extradition request for WikiLeaks founder Assange until Anne Sacoolas (right) is back in the UK during a meeting with Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab last month. Harry, 19, is pictured left Last month Washington refused a UK extradition request for Sacoolas to return to Britain to face justice over the crash outside a US spy base in Northamptonshire last August. Her career in espionage is believed to be behind American officials’ blank refusal to send her back to Britain, but the family say they have been ‘misled’. They are challenging the Government’s legal view that Sacoolas had diplomatic immunity in the High Court and have accused British officials of giving the police incorrect advice that allowed her to escape the country, and then of mounting a ‘cover-up’. Investigative journalist Assange, who faces 175 years in prison in the US if found guilty of 18 national security charges, is due in Woolwich Crown Court tomorrow as the Government begins the process of handing him over to the Americans. After spending nearly seven years holed up in the Ecuadorian embassy in London, Assange was arrested last April and has been detained at Belmarsh prison since. But even if the UK courts approve his deportation, Home Secretary Priti Patel can over-rule them, and she is under mounting pressure to link his case to that of Sacoolas.

GB News and News UK – new Murdoch and Neil channels – more diversity? Financiers running the BBC – Richard Sharp, former banker, is new BBC Chair. Director General of BBC is former boss of Pepsi Co. News UK TV: Murdoch-owned channel will be streamed live and on-demand rather than over airwaves News UK has revealed it will launch a nightly entertainment show this spring after months of speculation about its plans to expand into TV. The media company, which owns the Sun and Times newspapers and the Wireless radio network, is hoping to differentiate itself from Andrew Neil’s upcoming GB News channel with the entertainment news launch. In addition, while GB News will be a traditional linear channel aiming to air 6,500 hours of original programming a year via Freeview, News UK’s channel will be available via streaming services rather than over the airwaves. Both have been licensed by Ofcom. News UK’s content will be streamed live and on-demand on multiple major streaming platforms, with possibilities of the likes of Rakuten TV, Now TV and Apple TV although it has not yet revealed which ones. It will partner with connected TV distributors on programmatic advertising revenues.  GB News briefing: Channel will be 'free, fair and impartial' says news chief John McAndrew as political editor named GB News, the biggest news TV channel to launch in the UK since Sky News 30 years ago, has been defended amid a campaign to get advertisers to boycott the channel by its chairman Andrew Neil. Neil, who will present a nightly news programme on the channel, said it “will not be shouty, angry television” and insisted it will conform to Ofcom rules on impartiality. The channel plans to air 6,500 hours a year of “original news, opinion and debate”, eschewing rolling news for appointment-to-view programming. The channel’s director of news, John McAndrew, is a 25-year industry veteran who has worked for the BBC, Sky News, ITN and NBC. There has been a backlash against the channel after reports in The Guardian, Evening Standard and City AM that it will adopt a Fox News style approach. McAndrew noted on his Twitter account that it will be “free, fair, impartial” and “Ofcom regulated”. Ofcom has a requirement that news channels show due impartiality when covering political issues. We’ve rounded up everything you need to know ahead of the launch and will keep this page updated with the latest announcements.

Dispatches documentary ‘Is Your Online Habit Killing the Planet’ - tech is sold as an answer to climate change, but data centres use a huge amount of energy, and 5G uses a lot more energy than 4G. Super computers and bitcoin. Is Your Online Habit Killing the Planet? “Staying online could be costing us the earth.” Every time you interact online, it could be damaging the environment. From Zoom meetings, to social posts, #Dispatches reveals your online carbon footprint and asks if big tech companies are as green as they say. How your Netflix binge is killing the planet: Internet streaming services are powered by fossil fuel-burning plants that pollute the environment, documentary reveals - and HD uses up to FIVE times as much energy Professor Ian Bitterlin, a consulting engineer and visiting professor at Leeds University, said the rollout of 5G is set to launch 'another vast avalanche of data use'. Speaking in the documentary, he explained: '5G will generate much more traffic and demand much more power, which is not good for climate change.' Streaming and Netflix binges are as polluting as flying Meanwhile Dr Mike Hazas, a professor at Lancaster University's School of Computing and Communications, added that watching shows in high definition uses up to fives times the amount of energy. 'If you go to high definition, the number of pixels and the amount of information that comes across is four to five times as much, and so you can equate that roughly to being four to five times the amount of energy,' he said. 'The network's having to do more and then the data centre far away is also having to do a bit more.' Dr Bitterlin added: 'If you're doing a heart operation somewhere, with remote video, then absolutely yes [you need HD]. 'Watching a video on a phone, with most people's average eyesight? Absolutely not.'

George Butler, from ‘The Secret Truth’ radio show, discusses what it’s like from Gonzales, Texas, as they endure the worse cold weather they have ever seen. Why Did Wind Turbines Freeze in Texas When They Work in the Arctic? Wind turbines in Texas have been targeted by state officials after a freezing winter storm knocked out power supplies to millions of homes. Temperatures in the state fell as low as 0 degrees Fahrenheit earlier this week, causing widespread disruption. Thermal energy sources, including gas, coal and nuclear energy were all affected due in part to frozen instruments. But it was wind turbines which drew the attention of Sid Miller, Texas's Commissioner of Agriculture. He said in a Facebook post Tuesday: "We should never build another wind turbine in Texas. The experiment failed big time. Governor Abbott's Public Utility Commission appointees need to be fired and more gas, coal and oil infrastructure built."

MI6 says sorry for not accepting gay people in the organisation until 1991. But.... hang on..... weren't loads of their upper class spies gay double agents right the way through WWII and the Cold War???? [Kevin and Tony discuss this slight anomaly in this unquestioned MI6 press release 'news story'] Citing they were vulnerable to bribery – but they didn't have gay spies decades before this? Roland Perry has spoken to key players in M15 and the KGB, in London, Australia and Moscow in order to end decades of speculation about post-war British espionage. He reveals the identity of the "Fifth Man" - the man who assumed the legacies of Philby, Burgess, Maclean and Blunt.

Alexei Navalny was part of those asset stripping Russia in the Yeltsin era. Mayor Marvin Rees became friends with Navalny at Skull and Bones University, Yale. On a 'Yale World Fellows' course alleged to be run by the CIA to recruit future leaders for the financial oligarchy. Navalny Is a Fraudster and a Racist - and a Loser Not a Winner - Navalny's criminal record and opportunistic racism means he cannot win - something obvious to everyone except the few liberals who continue to support him - Note the simple fact that Navalny --- like Khodorkovsky --- is a twice convicted fraudster, though obviously not a fraudster on anything like Khodorkovsky’s scale. Russian liberals of course deny this. They deny the validity of the charges brought against Navalny and the legitimacy of his convictions -- just as they deny the validity of the charges brought against Khodorkovsky and the legitimacy of Khodorkovsky's convictions. The facts however tell a different story --- as I found out for myself when I undertook a detailed investigation of the first case brought against him --- which involved a fraud of a state owned timber company in a province where Navalny abused his position as an unpaid adviser of the local governor to steal from it. I have not undertaken a comparable investigation of the second case brought against Navalny, which involved the Russian branch of the French company Yves Rocher. However someone who has, has come to the same conclusion -- that Navalny is unquestionably guilty of fraud against Yves Rocher. I would add that anyone comparing the two cases cannot but fail to be struck by their remarkable similarity. Both cases involve the parasitical abuse of a state company (the timber company in the first case, the Russian postal service in the second), the fraudulent manipulation of prices, the construction of a company vehicle to carry out the fraud in which Navalny himself is not directly involved, and the involvement of various other individuals acting as front men who were used by Navalny to conceal his own involvement. Moreover in both cases Navalny --- a trained lawyer --- has hit on the same defence: that the company targeted for the fraud suffered no actual loss -- backed in both cases by “forensic reports” that purport to prove that but which in reality do no such thing. Indeed the pattern of activity in the two cases is so similar that they effectively settle whatever lingering doubts there may have been about Navalny’s fraudulent intentions in the first case.

The nonsensical notion of a mysterious curse on the Kennedy family is an obvious smoke screen. The unsolved murders of JFK and his two legitimate heirs—his younger brother and his only son—require a more rational explanation. The sense that the official stories about their deaths amount to a huge cover-up is obsessing the American psyche, a bit like a repressed family secret affecting the whole personality from a subconscious level. President John Kennedy and his brother are heroic, almost Christ-like figures, in the heart of a growing community of citizens who have become aware of the disastrous longtime effect of their assassinations. Only when the American public at large come to grips with the truth of their deaths and honour their legacy and sacrifice will America have a chance to be redeemed and be great again.

Beside the fact that John and Robert were brothers, their assassinations have at least two things in common: Lyndon Johnson and Israel. First, their deaths are precisely framed by Johnson’s presidency, which was also the context for other political assassinations, such as Martin-Luther King’s. Johnson was in control of the State during the two investigations on John and Robert’s murders. Secondly, in both cases, we find the fingerprints of Israel’s deep state. In the case of Robert, it is the choice of the manipulated patsy, which was obviously meant to disguise Robert’s assassination as an act of hatred against Israel. In the case of John, it it is the identity of the man asked to kill the patsy, a Jewish gangster linked to the Irgun. Johnson and Israel, the two common elements in the Kennedy assassinations, are themselves closely linked, since Johnson can be considered as a high-level sayan, a man secretly devoted to Israel, or owned by Israel, to the point of committing high treason against the nation he had been elected to lead and protect. The causal link between the two assassinations then becomes clear: even if Robert had been pro-Israel, which he was not, Israel and Johnson would still have had a compelling reason to eliminate him before he got to the White House, where he couldand wouldreopen the investigation on his brother’s death. What should have been obvious from the start now appears brightly clear: in order to solve the mystery of the assassination of John Kennedy, one has simply to look into the two other assassinations which are connected to it: the assassination of Lee Harvey Oswald, the man whose trial could have exposed the hoax and possibly put the plotters into the light, and the assassination of Robert Kennedy, the man who would have reopened the case if he had lived. And both these assassinations bear the signature of Israel.

Natalie Minnis' investigation of WEF's 'Great Reset' guru Klaus Schwab – how did he and his organisation get to be so important? Natalie Minnis Imagining Freedom podcast investigates Klaus Schwab and Bilderberg. We currently have a situation where unelected people are taking it upon themselves to direct the course of our lives. This is happening throughout the world. I find this very scary. And it's people who have been acting in the background, more or less. So, last year we suddenly had the situation where this man Klaus Schwab, who had been a prominent leader before, but in the background, in the business pages of the newspapers… we suddenly had this man, taking centre stage, and actually saying with a big smile on his face what we would be doing in the next few years, directing us from his organisation, the World Economic Forum. Where did this organisation come from? When all this started to happen, when Klaus Schwab was suddenly centre stage, I – probably like millions of other people, thought, “Who is this man?” So I looked to Wikipedia, like probably millions of people did. And I found it a very disjointed description, because it just said that this man had been born in Germany, he was the son of an industrialist, and he’d gone to university and got a degree, then he got another degree – he seems to have done pretty well. I think he became an engineer, wrote a few books. And at the age of 33, he created this organisation called the European Management Forum, which later became the World Economic Forum, which happens to be one of the organisations that's almost leading the world! How did that happen? How did he get that success, that massive success to become a world leader, without ever having been elected; for his organisation to have suddenly become so massively influential in the world?

Dennis Wheatley, author, on dark forces. - "Civilisation is disintegrating" Dennis Wheatley: Forces of darkness & light, warring powers. This interview was inexplicably and inexcusably removed by the BBC from its permanent web page about Dennis Wheatley With the War over and the Cold War getting underway, Wheatley published The Haunting of Toby Jugg in 1948. Featuring a Satanic school, this was inspired by Wheatley's inside knowledge of MI5's investigation of Dartington Hall, a liberal arts-based school in Devon. It was in Jugg that Wheatley broached his great Cold War theme, suggesting that Communism was actually a cover for Satanism, and vice versa. As a Satanist explains, Satan "mocks those who no longer believe in his existence by having them demonstrate in favour of rule by the Proletariat on the first of May. Have you never realised that it is his anniversary, and that it is born of May-day Eve -- Walpurgis Nacht -- on which we celebrate his festival?" Walpurgis Night or St.Walburga's Eve should be familiar to Wheatley readers from The Devil Rides Out, while May Day, the old pagan festival and more recently international workers' day, was the occasion of a massive military parade of troops, tanks and missiles through Moscow, once a familiar annual sight on British television.
