"We're not worried, we're inspired," says Kantako. However, if Human Rights Radio goes down, it will become the latest in a long series of busts against micro stations nationwide. The difference here is that Kantako is viewed by many as the father of the micro radio movement. HRR, formerly known as Black Liberation Radio, has been on the air in Springfield for 11 years.
