A hurricane challenges the gathering of the Waters of the South for the Ayahuasca Ceremony planned in order to interview The Female on the astral plane, while the residents of a small railroad town in eastern Colorado undertake a dramatic plan to enforce their local ordinance prohibiting the transport of fossil fuels. We hear from Fakir Emily of the (gnostic) Church of Immanent Life, and the ghost of an early chemical weapons researcher shares his uncanny day of reckoning in the fireball of the first thermonuclear explosion.
Through it all, our host weaves the stories into a reflection on the dance of violence and nonviolence in our existence on Earth.
