Talking to tenants about problems with New Brunswick's rental housing regime. High rent. damage deposit's, lack of investigation of tenant complaints, etc ... Word on the street is that the Residential Tenancy Act may get a looking into by the provincial government in the coming months. Time to turn the screws?
