Assistant Attorney General Michelle Welch, the head of the nation’s first Attorney General’s Animal Law Unit, talks about animal welfare, animal abuse, and your rights as a consumer under Bailey’s Law when you buy a pet. And during this week’s “News You Can Use,” we’ll tell you about the 2015 SNAP challenge and the need for action.
