Episode 57: Kickin it with The Tru G'z
You might need a neck brace for this week's epsode of UNSEEN LEGION RADIO, because your head is sure to be bobbing nonstop for the next three hours. We started the show with an ill wayback mix by DJ EARL-E, ending with a BLACK MOON classic for DJJD's SONG OF THE WEEK. Then we were joined by G DAWG of VLA GAME MEDIA/ENT and MC PROSE's big brother VEGA$ $UPREME. It wasn't long after that that our guests arrived. THE TRU G'Z are EL SADIQ & SMOKE ROB, a couple of seasoned veterans with a brand new sound and flavor for 2014 and beyond. We vibed out with the fellas, chopping it up about this, that and the third, while premiering EXCLUSIVE joints from their upcoming BLICK TAPE (Smoke Rob breaks down what that is in the interview). The vibe was so dope that not only did BIN GRIM, DJ BOB-E, JUGGLA VEIN & RAY BEATZ all call in to the show, but the Tru G'z also gave us one more EXCLUSIVE jam, their incredible response to NAS' classic, ONE LOVE. They also seriously blessed the mic in an epic ULr FREESTYLE SESSION featuring El Sadiq, Smoke Rob, MC Prose & G Dawg.
