Christy Clark won the last election in part on the promise of a natural gas industry that would create jobs and eliminate the provincial debt. It turns out to be more fantasy than hard economics. Ben Parfitt is a resource policy analyst for the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives. He spoke about BC’s liquified natural gas industry at SFU Harbour Centre on November 18.
