This is a very specific episode about the security while using Dropbox software. However, i am trying to make a point with this that you definitely cannot trust proprietary software. Anything with the closed source code cannot be used it a truly secure system. However, if you are concerned about the security, but are not dependant on that to survive, you may still use closed software every once in a while.
