This program offers a presentation of the thoughts of Thomas Berry on the consequences of industrial civilisation and on the need to consciously change direction towards what he calls the Ecozoic Era. The program offers some insight into the sources from which Thomas Berry formed his views and drew spiritual nourishment.
"Healing a Savaged Earth" is drawn primarily from Thomas Berry's lecture "The Ecozoic Era" presented at the 11th annnual E.F. Schumacher Conference in October 1991.
