This is the reading of 09MOSCOW2723, the USA embassy in Russia. This document deals with importation of encrypted documents into Russian Federation.

I'm reading this on my podcast for several reasons. Firstly, i believe that this sort of information should be public. Secondly, USA government currently tries to silence Wikileaks, and as such my reading is an act of social disobedience. And last, but not least, encryption is an integral part of the free speech in our age of censorship and fight for free speech
