Kris Welch of KPFA (Berkeley) interviews William Blume who is author of "Rogue State" which was recently recommended by Osama Bin Laden as essential reading.
KPFAs "Living Room" hosted by Kris Welch
Fair use may be stretching thin here so KPFA's current fund drive might be mentioned (see http://kpfa.org). Those old hippies from Berkeley are still putting on great shows!
Please excuse the less-than-broadcast quality.
William Blum is one of those elders from the P&J movement who labored in obscurity until this strange fluke brought attention to him. Good for him. He represents an entire generation of dedicated intellectuals who were deliberately made obscure by lack of funding, lack of official recognition and lack of media attention.
Since celeb status is new to Blume, he has been routinely "giving away" a lot of his material on the Web. Here's a place to start browsing: http://www.killinghope.org
