Ward Churchill, a Creek / Cherokee, is co-director of the American Indian Movement of Colorado, Vice Chairperson of the American Anti-Defamation Council, and a National Spokesperson for the Leonard Peltier Defense Commitee. An associate professor of American Indian Studies and Communications at the University of Colorado/Boulder, Churchill serves as Associate Director of the Center for Studies of Ethnicity and Race in America at the institution. Among his published works are "Agents of Repression," COINTELPRO Papers" and "Draconian Measures."
Ward spoke to the 1999 Earth First! Round River Rendezvous near the San Juan Wilderness in Colorado about the history of the FBI, counterintelligence, COINTELPRO, FBI agents-provocateurs, and FBI infiltration within the EF! Movement.
