Doctors devoting their retirement years to fighting climate change talk about what motivates them and how they found their place in the movement. They are involved in a variety of ways: protecting rural schoolkids from wildfire smoke, giving testimony at hearings for clean energy, registering low income voters at hospitals and clinics, and getting arrested while trying to stop pipelines.Third Act is focusing on voting rights and pressuring banks to stop funding fossil fuels.
