If London gets taken out in a nuclear attack who takes over?
Devizes-based journalist and explorer Matthew Williams takes on a tour of some of Britains most secret military bases which are in the county of Wiltshire. He begins with RAF Rudloe Manor which was the central point investigating unidentified flying objects and looks at some big new underground constructions like the nuclear bomb-proof outpost of GCHQ known as Global Operations Security Control Centre (GOSCC) in Corsham.
