Dear All, Today's show was hosted by teenagers working in the Laytonville Healthy Start Summer Program. The topic was "Summer Programs Staffed By Teens." They work with children ages 5-11 and are paid for their time. Three of the teenagers talked about the experiences, goals, and rewards gained by having a summer job serving the community. Really worth hearing, and thinking about how important it is to involve teenagers in serving in the community, and getting paid.
