Siegfried and Brendan examine the heroic history of the Irish national liberation struggle against the British Empire from its roots in the 12th and 13th Century to the Easter Rising of 1916 to the ongoing struggles in the 21st Century. This is a tribute to a people whose spirit has never been conquered even after 800 years of anti-colonial struggle.
