Recent changes to the admissions policy at the University of Manitoba's Faculty of Engineering have caused anger and frustration amongst International Students and Domestic students alike. Victoria King brings you this piece on the issue. Winnipeg Free Press Article from Friday, July 18, dean of Engineering Jonathan Beddoes said “there are no caps on enrolment or on admission standards.
