And no broadcasters have yet hung antennae at the new transmission facilities atop One World Trade Tower in New York. The highest building in the city is without an antenna for the first time since anyone can remember. The show will explain why, and here the story of some pirate radio broadcasting atop the former World Trade Center. Plus radio music from Steve Reich via Kronos Quartet ("9/11 WTC"), and a collage of Bruce Springsteen radio references.
