Former US president Bill Clinton is the co-chair of the Interim Haiti Reconstruction Commission, which will spend billions of dollars on construction projects. Kim Ives, editor of Haiti Liberté, has travelled to Haiti five times since the 2010 earthquake to investigate and report on human rights conditions.
