The constant wave of building suburbia must stop and developers need to think very differently when it comes to housing.

We need to think more like some of our more urban Cities. Changing zoning laws can help Hamilton to intensify 3 layers of suburban housing, into something the future can actually deal with.

When we feel energy increases, and property tax increases, we will be motivated to make some changes in the way we build housing.
